Operations Manager

Pearson is responsible for managing operations ensuring efficiency and profitability. He ensures that credit policies and standard opreting procedures are followed. Leveraging his vast experience in microfinance, Pearson drive loan portfolio growth by providing leadership to the operations team, and recommending product development and enhancements.

Pearson has over 12 years of experience in microfinance, rising through the ranks from the position of loan officer at Microloan Foundation, to branch manager at VisionFund , and  operations manager at Microloan Foundaton. He is an effective trainer, small scale business coach, provides critical support through business management trainings.

Pearson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance and Investment Analysis), a diploma in Community Development and a certificate in Financial Accounting.
