Brian has 38 year unbroken work record with National Bank of Malawi having worked in various positions and business units. He rose through the ranks holding positions of Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager and Service Centre Manager.
In the course of my working, Brian attended various training programs both local and international some of which are:
- Bank Internal Audit;
- Budgeting;
- Management of Public Relations & Customer Care;
- Leadership Development & Change Management; and,
- Corporate Governance for Organisational Success.
Brian has a wide and sound experience in all operational functions of a financial institution, customer relationship management functions as well as lending and monitoring related functions.
Brian holds a Credit Diploma in Financial Services obtained through Institute of Bankers, South Africa.
