About Stellia Banda Her name is Stellia Banda. For 21 years, she has been running her roadside business at Pa Gulayi at Area 25 in Lilongwe. From her stall customers find vegetables, assorted dried fish, flour, and, of course, fruits. She identified core customer needs in her area, which she has consistently satisfied for over two decades.
